* Why you love photography?

“I absolutely love photography because I feel like I am home every time I pick up a camera. It just comes naturally to me. Whatever I photograph, I feel that I capture the true essence and beauty. Photography captures a moment in time that would otherwise be lost. It helps one to recall precious moments of their life and helps to share those moments amongst family members and loved ones. Photography enhances my creative forces because a picture is worth a thousand words or more.”

* Your favorite type of photography?

“I love to photography food and people mainly. Food, because I am a chef and I respect and honor and value food like no other. People because they never cease to amaze me. People are unique and this is the reason why I love to capture families interacting with each other. ”

* A funny or interesting photography story?

“I never knew about photography until my father passed away. My father was into photography and when he passed away, I got his old equipment which I started playing around with it. I fell into it because I think my Dad left me a spiritual will, and in that will was his skill of photography. I’m definitely a lucky girl. I then took it upon myself to learn the necessary skills through book and revenant experience. I’m so grateful to those who offered me opportunities to shoot for their publications and I continue to have gratitude to those who keep my services alive.”

* Photography tips or tricks?

“Light Painting is a great tip for those who want to play around with light. All you have to do is put you shutter to a slow speed like at f/3 and take a picture and whirl your camera around like a mad person, and capture light fragments. It is absolutely amazing.”
