Shannon’s passion for photography explained!

What do I love about photography?

There are so many things that I love about photography that it’s hard to pinpoint exactly what I love the most about it.  I absolutely love that I get to capture moments that my clients don’t realize are happening.  The emotion as a Bride & Groom see each other for the first time, that snuggly moment with a mother and her child.  Those real moments, the laughter, the tears, the memories.  Photographs provide timeless memories and it makes me so happy that I get to provide those memories in print to wedding for them to cherish forever.

My passion in photography is in weddings.  The day is filled with so much happiness, love and raw emotion all wrapped up beautifully in pretty little details.  The family and friends of the bride and groom are all together in one place celebrating and I get to document it and help tell their story through images that will forever be memories long after the cake is gone, the flowers have died and the guests have left.  I love my job!

You guys Rock!  I LOVE my new website!  You seriously gave me everything I wanted and then some, and fast!  I am grateful for the way Jerry guided me through the entire process from start to finish, answering all of my thousands of questions and in the end making my life way simpler.

Stacy Literski Photography specializes in senior, family, and baby photography.

Keep reading to discover why Stacy loves photography and much more!

“With children they grow up too fast and I wouldn’t want anybody to miss any part of their child’s life and remembering is easy with great photographs!  Photography also teaches me to see the world differently whether I have my camera with me or not!  I am always noticing a great shot or a great moment to capture!”

“Newborns are my first favorite just because they grow so fast.  I wish I had more photos of my own kids when they were at that stage!  My second favorite are the Seniors.  They are young, carefree, and FUN!  They like to do the stylish, and different kinds of photos.  I love how they get into the session and just start shooting ideas at me!  It’s really the best!”

“Jerry and Adrienne were simply fantastic.  Site was done ahead of schedule and Adrienne put up with my forever changing mind!  Thanks so much for listening to my thoughts and concerns and making them happen within the site!  I really think my clients and viewers will really love the ease of use of the site.  I will like it to being that its SO easy to update!  Thanks again guys!”

What makes Hart Pictures’ wedding films so unique and a kind of their own…

“We at Hart Pictures are award-winning narrative filmmakers (from Sundance to Berlin) who love bringing our cinematic, storytelling style to the world of wedding event videos. Using our small HD cameras and natural light, we capture the magic of these special days as they unfold. But the real magic comes in the editing room, as we use music and post-production film effects to create a dream-like vision, cutting to the heart and emotion of every wedding we film.”

Stills with Steve!

Steve Reffey Photography specializes in people, nature, and digital art.

What inspires Steve’s unique photography?…..

“Why do I love Photography:

I can trace my “falling in love with photography moment” with a Canon G3, 4 Megapixel camera that I bought with wedding gift money.  My wife and I got married in Hawaii and I had the camera for about a year before we got stationed in Brussels Belgium.  We went on a four day mini vacation to Budapest Hungary.  I read the big manual before we went and decided to do some slow shutter night photography (I took a black and white photography course in high school so I knew the basics of camera operations).  Once the parliament building over the Danube river pics came up on my computer I was hooked!  I took a photoshop course through betterphoto.com with photoshop elements 4 and it was amazing.

My favorite type of photography is landscape because of the beautiful areas here in the Black Hills of South Dakota…

An Interesting photography story

On a whim I was asked if I wanted to enter the US Army photography contest from an arts and crafts person in Brussels Belgium.  I entered through them and won third place All Army in 2006 for special effects.  I hope to win many more!

My website design is everything I wanted!  You and your partners are amazing and I thank you very much for a job very well done!”
