Guest Blogger – Cole Hoffman – Art Portfolio

Cole Hoffman is part of the team at jR Customization. Cole is presently a senior at Stoney Creek High School of Rochester Hills Michigan. Orchestrated by art/photography teacher Diane Heath, Cole recently entered his art portfolio in local and regional competitations. His art portfolio won several awards and will be judged on a national level. After graduation, Cole will be pursuing a degree in computer animation.

This is my Scholastic Art competition portfolio. It recieved a Gold Key Portfolio award and a Best of Show Portfolio award. It is a combination of many different medias and sizes. Its purpose is to draw in the casual onlooker with the pieces that display vibrant colors and have immense size, and then have them look closely at the finer details of the smaller pieces. The theme is understanding what makes the individual.
